WORKFLOW PROCESS
What Happens When You Sign Your Contract?
- Sign your Contract / Proposal
-We Collect a deposit to start working on your Permit Package (No deposit needed if 100% Financing)
-Color selection confirmation. Choose your Tile, Metal or Shingle color.
-Permit is Prepared by our in house permit processing team. You will e-sign or wet sign the permit package once we are ready to send it out.
-Notice of Commencement. We will file a NOC on your property with the County. This is a legaldocument in accordance with Florida Statute713. It identifies the start date and end date of your project and who is working on it. This is NOT a lien on your property. It just serves notice to all parties.
-Submit permit to County or City Building department. They usually take about2-3 weeks to complete the review. We may have to fix or update the permit depending on the reviewersrequirements.
-Permit Approved !!
-Now that your Permit is Approved. We will contact you to set up a start date and prepare your property for work to start.
-You will get a Final Copy of the Approved Permit at completion to send to your Insurance provider to get your discounts
Note – Our team will also help you Process the HOA Approval paperwork if you live in a Homeowners Association.
